If Internet Activation cannot be executed, you can use Email Activation instead. Via email, you can also request for an extension to evaluate a product further. The following are instructions on how to activate your product or request for an evaluation extension via email.

Activating your product by email

When the Activation window is displayed, select Activate Now, enter your activation code and choose to activate by Email.

An email activation is processed in three phases:

1. Select Request Activation and click on the activation email link. A pre-formatted Email Activation Request is generated. This activation request contains encrypted information which we can use to process your request. Enter your contact information and send this email to the Activation department of PJ Technologies. Once the Activation Request Email has been sent, you can close the Email Activation window.
   
   
    
    
2. Our Activation department will process your activation request and confirm back to you via email. This email contains an Activation Response Code which you will use in the final phase of this process. Allow one business day for processing.
      
3. Once you receive the confirmation from the Activation department, re-open the Product Activation window (by simply starting the product) and select Activate Now, enter your activation code and choose to activate by Email. Select Process Activation Response. Copy the Activation Response Code from the confirmation email into the activation window. Click on the Next button.
   
   
   
   Note: If the Next button is disabled, it means that an incorrect Activation Response Code has been entered.

Requesting an Evaluation Extension

Once you have consumed the 30 day evaluation period, you will be given the option to extend your evaluation. This is done via an email transaction which is identical to Activating by Email. Start your product and select Request / Register an Evaluation Extension from the Activation window, then follow the same process as described above.
