Goverlan was born amidst NYC’s Wall Street in 1996, at the heart of a bustling investment bank with help-desks worldwide, and was later commercialized in 1998 following the bank’s implementation. In the 16 years since the company’s founding, drawing collectively on extensive experience and credibility in the areas of software design and development as well as firsthand knowledge of remote systems management, Goverlan has released numerous product launches and built a client base spanning 110 countries and 17 industries, securing a solid reputation in the IT support industry.
From initial product design to quality assurance testing, Goverlan collaborates with their clients for feedback and input in order to guarantee that its products are aligned with the clients’ needs in mind. Mr. Pascal Bergeot has 20 years of experience in software technology development, software consulting and general management including design, implementation and commercialization. Since the beginning of Goverlan, Mr. Bergeot has proven his ability to innovate the Company’s product offering while providing organizational leadership. His depth of technical and operational expertise has driven positive business results.
Prior to founding Goverlan in 1998, Mr. Bergeot worked as an IT software development consultant at Goldman Sachs in NYC.
Ms. Judy Lee has 30 years of systems design, implementation and project management experience. Ms. Lee was instrumental in growing the company’s international client base as well as vertical expansion in the industry. Judy brings to this position a deep understanding of customer support and business development aspects of Goverlan's products.
Previously, Ms. Lee was involved with various systems project management roles at Warburg Dillon Read, PWC, Citigroup, American Express and Lehman Brothers.
Ezra brings over 10 years of software marketing experience to Goverlan. Ezra comes on-board with a goal of increasing the brand value by exposing more companies to the great features and benefits Goverlan offers. His past experience in managing webinars, tradeshows, and online & print advertising campaigns will help in making Goverlan a household name for IT administrators.
Previously, Ezra was a Marketing Manager for ScriptLogic/Quest (now part of Dell Software), and Senior Director of Marketing at SpectorSoft.Mr. Raul Ortiz has over 13 years of system administration and client support experience. Raul has a profound understanding of system administration, system automation and root cause analysis. As such, he has been instrumental in helping to define the technical future of GOVERLAN. Mr. Ortiz has been the technical face of GOVERLAN with several contributions to the Remote IT Admin Blog & GOVERLAN YouTube channel and an avid IT community participant.
Previously, Mr. Ortiz has supported fast paced and company critical systems for various financial trading firms such as Goldman Sachs, Pali Capital and Investcorp International.
